its been officially announced on facebook so i feel i'm free to talk about it. lol
my brother's wife is expecting a baby! that means me, my sister and my brother are all going to have babies in 2011. Even though I've know about this for about a month or so I still can't believe it. I would never have thought all 3 of us would have kids this close together.
For one, I thought we were done with having kids. Guess someone had other plans for us.... So when I got pregnant I thought we'd have a baby and then my sil would get pregnant sometime mid 2011 having the baby in 2012. its about even spacing for the other 2 (mine and hers) so I just kinda assumed it'd be like that.
then my sis floored me with the news of them getting pregnant last november and i kinda started thinking huh. my sil starting saying that she wanted to get pregnant sooner now. there were comments about having babies within months of each other but still wasn't sure.
turns out we will be having our kids within 6 months of each other. all 3 of us.
its going to be completely crazy watching them run around and wreck havoc but its also going to be so much fun. Its great watching adam and natalia play now, i can only imagine what 's going to happen when we add 2 more girls and one to be determined, lol. i can't wait :)

mommy needs a time out
Today is not a good day. And I'm not exactly sure where it went downhill. If you had asked me 4 hours ago how today was going I probably would have said it was good. It started out just fine, I got to listen to my little girl's heart beat and count her kicks for about 30 minutes while doing a Non-Stress Test at the doctor's. It probably didn't help things waiting to see the doctor afterward for almost an hour, only to see him for approx 3 minutes. I wouldn't have waiting normally but I thought he said that he wanted to do some blood work. Apparently not today.
I was still pretty chipper when I left though considering the wait so that wasn't necessarily the trigger. After I picked up Adam from my mom's we headed home to find Daddy home early. I told him we were headed to Target and then Home Depot to look for seeds for the garden. Maybe even a new grill. I thought the last sentence might be enough for him to want to go with but he opted not to go. A little disappointed but he's not much of a shopper so wasn't really surprised. It was somewhere out on our travels that I began to lose it. I was getting super frustrated with Adam and ended up taking it out on Daddy via text. I yelled at Daddy, again via text, then proceeded to yell at Adam, sadly not via text, in person (which only makes it worse). I cried in the parking lot. I seriously thought of leaving him in the car while I ran into Walgreens for a break from it all. I cried some more at the thought that I was really going to lock him in the car alone "for just a sec".
(side note- I DID NOT leave him in the car)
(second side note- i should left him. and/or skipped that stop and gone straight home)
So somewhere in middle of the outing I lost it and am officially saying "mommy needs a time out". If you need me, I'll be in my room. Most likely under the covers in the fetal position. This pregnancy and all it's hormones need to be done.. AND SOON!
